Delivery and Returns

Delivery

• Free UK mainland delivery on all orders. No minimum spend.
• Delivery time: 1-5 working days depending on the product and supplier.
• Large items may require pallet or two-person delivery. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

• To return an item, email hello@britishnest.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Change of mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Faulty or damaged items: We will arrange free collection and provide a full refund or replacement.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
