Ooni Pizza Peel and Turning Peel Set

Description

The two essential tools for making pizza in any outdoor pizza oven. The 14-inch launching peel slides pizzas in, and the 9-inch perforated turning peel rotates and retrieves them.

The launching peel has a thin anodised aluminium head that glides under raw dough easily — no more stuck pizzas. The long handle keeps your hands well away from the 500C oven mouth.

The turning peel has a perforated head that shakes off excess flour and allows airflow, preventing a soggy bottom. The smaller diameter makes it easy to rotate pizzas inside compact ovens without disturbing the toppings.

Compatible with all Ooni ovens and most other outdoor pizza ovens.
