Description
The Traeger Ironwood XL is a set-and-forget pellet grill that makes low-and-slow smoking as easy as using an oven. Load the hopper with hardwood pellets, set your temperature on the controller, and walk away. The Ironwood holds temperature within a few degrees for hours on end.
The WiFIRE technology connects to the Traeger app on your phone, letting you monitor and adjust temperature from anywhere. The Super Smoke mode bathes your food in maximum smoke flavour at lower temperatures — perfect for brisket, ribs, and pulled pork.
With the D2 drivetrain and downdraft exhaust, the Ironwood XL delivers cleaner smoke and faster heat-up than any previous Traeger model. The porcelain-coated grill grates are easy to clean and built to last.
